What does success look like to you?
I’ve been reflecting lately on how we define success - especially when it comes to our health and our bodies.
It’s funny how that definition can shift so much over time.
For me, success used to mean seeing a certain number on the scale.
Wearing a smaller size.
Being praised for how “disciplined” I was.
I thought if I could just look the part - everything else would fall into place.
But if I’m being honest?
That kind of success felt exhausting.
It was fragile.
It depended on how I looked - not how Ifelt.
And that version of success never made me feel truly at peace in my own skin.
Can you relate to that?
Because something shifted for me.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped chasing “fit” and started choosingfreedom.
Today, I define success differently.
Success looks like energy in the morning - without three cups of coffee.
It looks like choosing food that nourishes me, not punishes me.
It looks like moving my body because I love her - not because I’m trying to fix her.
Success is feeling comfortable in my own presence.
It’s making time for myself without guilt.
It’s knowing that I am enough, even as I grow.
And you know what?
That version of success feels a lot morereal.
It’s sustainable.
It’s soulful.
It’s mine.
But what about you?
How didyouused to define success when it came to your health, your body, or your energy?
And has that definition shifted?
What does success look like for youtoday?
Is it sleeping through the night without tossing and turning?
Is it having the energy to get through your workday without crashing?
Is it feeling confident enough to look in the mirror and say, “Yes - this is me. And I’m proud of her.”?
Whatever it is, I’d really love to hear it.
Seriously - hit reply and tell me your story.
Because your definition of success matters.
And when you speak it out loud, it becomes something you can move toward - not just dream about.
Make today incredible!
