đĄWhatâs your go-to move for staying consistent?
Quick question for you⌠and Iâm genuinely curious.
When it comes to building consistency in your wellness habits, whatâs your signature move?
Hereâs a fun little poll to reflect on:
a) Prepping meals ahead of time like a weekend warrior
b) Setting my clothes out the night before so workouts actually happen
c) Using a journal or app to track my daily energy and habits
d) Umm... a strategy? Thatâs news to me. Iâve just been winging it.
e) All of the above â Iâm a little bit of everything, depending on the day
Got your answer?
Hereâs why I ask.
We often think success comes from finding the ârightâ program or plan.
But most of the time, itâs not the big flashy stuff that moves the needle.
Itâs the strategy thatsticksâ the one that fits your actual life and keeps pulling you forward when motivation fades.
For me?
The strategy that changed everything was creating a **minimum baseline**.
Not a perfect routine.
Not a 6-day gym split.
Just 3 simple habits I could hit most days, even when I was tired, traveling, or over it.
For me, that looked like:
- Drinking water before coffee
- Eating 20g of protein with breakfast
- Moving for at least 10 minutes (even if that meant walking around the kitchen while making dinner)
That was it.
It sounds small, but it was huge.
Because those micro habits built self-trust.
And self-trust turned into momentum.
When I started following through on thesmall promises, the bigger ones didnât feel so overwhelming anymore.
Now, if youâre not seeing the results you want, it doesnât mean youâre doing it wrong.
It might just mean youâre asking too much of yourself all at once.
So ask yourselfâŚ
Are you giving your strategy time to work?
Are you half-in, hoping for full results?
Are you choosing habits that are actually doable â or just aspirational?
This isnât about being perfect. Itâs about being consistent.
And consistency builds change.
Now I want to hear from you.
Whatâs your go-to habit or strategy right now?
Reply and tell me whatâs working â or where you feel like youâre stuck.
Letâs find something that fits your season, not your stress.
Make today incredible!
